The Platform is intended for professional use by licensed insurance agents and agencies in the United States.

The Platform is available only to:

• Licensed insurance agents and agencies in the United States
• Individuals over the age of 18
• Users authorized to access and handle carrier and underwriting information

You represent that your licensing, appointments, and regulatory requirements are valid and in good standing.
We may verify your licensing information at any time and may suspend or terminate access if eligibility is not met.

The Platform is for professional and internal business use only.
You may use the Platform solely to support licensed insurance activities such as reviewing carrier rules, accessing underwriting information, and organizing case-related data.

The Platform is not intended for use by consumers or the general public.
You may not share access credentials with unlicensed individuals, clients, or third parties.

The Platform may provide access to proprietary carrier information, underwriting guidelines, or documents made available for professional use.
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information accessed through the Platform and to safeguard your login credentials.

You are responsible for any activity performed under your account.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform
• Use the Platform in any unauthorized, fraudulent, or non-compliant manner
• Provide access to unlicensed individuals or external parties
• Remove or reproduce carrier materials outside the Platform in violation of professional rules or carrier requirements
• Circumvent security measures or attempt unauthorized access

The Platform provides structured access to carrier information and underwriting guidelines.
Information available through the Platform is informational only and does not replace formal underwriting reviews or carrier determinations.
All final decisions regarding eligibility, products, or coverage remain solely with the insurance carrier.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, including but not limited to:

• Loss of licensing credentials
• Violation of these Terms
• Security or compliance concerns
• Misuse of the Platform

Upon termination, all permissions granted under these Terms will immediately end.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrionSix™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Use of the Platform is at your discretion and responsibility.

You agree to indemnify and hold OrionSix™ harmless from claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from:

• Unauthorized or improper use of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Non-compliance with state licensing or regulatory obligations

These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which your business operates but remain valid and enforceable across all U.S. states and jurisdictions.

We may update these Terms periodically.
When changes are made, the revised version will be posted with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the Platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
